Battalion Staff

The Battalion Staff is a group of 9 cadets that think big picture for the Cougar Battalion. They plan events for all five companies and do work that unites and benefits the companies. Each position has its own unique set of responsibilities that are expected to be completed to the best of their ability.

Battalion Commander

C/LTC Braedyn Kelly

Oversees the entire Battalion and prepares and plans for events.

Battalion Executive Officer

C/MAJ Ashley Christensen

Oversees the Battalion staff and ensures that all duties are complete.

Battalion Command Sergeant Major

C/CSM Jesse Edwards

Oversees special teams, and is the President of the Board.

Battalion S-1

C/1LT Jailynn Salazar

Responsible for all administrative duties and the JUMS database.

Battalion S-2

C/1LT Kyle Massey

Responsible for all technology projects and Battalion security. Sets up all briefings and technology at special events.

Battalion S-3

C/1lt Connor Rauh

Responsible for the preparation, conduct, and supervision for all training activities, along with the corresponding part of the JUMS database.

Battalion S-4

C/1LT Destiny Fontenot

Responsible for all supplies, including cadet uniforms, along with the corresponding part of the JUMS database.

Battalion S-5

C/1LT Amber Wales

Responsible for the public image of the Cougar Battalion, including alerting newspapers and TV stations about Battalion activities. Also publishes the Cougar Times.

Battalion S-6

c/1lt Cheyanna Howard

Responsible for all community service related events, fundraising, and getting cadets to volunteer.
